  15. I am sure there may be a better place to post this, but I have to start
  16. somewhere :-).

  18. I am looking for information on the Transport Library Interface (TLI)
  19. specification.  I am not entirely sure exactly what it provides, however,
  20. it was mentioned in the same context as Sockets in Andrew S. Tanenbaum's
  21. book "Computer Networks".  I suspect it is some form Socket-like interface,
  22. but I cannot confirm this.

  24. I would VERY MUCH APPRECIATE if anyone could point me in the right
  25. direction for finding more information on this specification.
